(The PDF link is displayed underneath service) The application should include: Title of CEU Presenter Bio and Resume/CV Total Hours Target Population Agenda Learning Objectives Identified Type of CEU Royal Elevation, LLC charges $150 for full- day (8 CEU hour) applications. Applications are $50 for up to 3 CEUs. Applications requesting approval for four (4) hours or more incur an additional fee of $20/CEU hour. An invoice or verified receipt of payment will be sent to the email address provided before a full review of the application. Applications are often fully reviewed and returned within 7 business days.
